Celebrate the Everyday

welcome

Why Celebrate the Everyday? I always start my day by repeating to myself Psalm 118:24- "This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it." It's a reminder that even in the midst of the mundane and on the hardest of days, there is always something to celebrate, always something to be grateful for! Join me as I document our family's journey of homeschooling our son.

About My family

My husband, J-
I have never met a more hard working, sacrificial man in my entire life. He completely puts his family first. He is loyal and protective of those he loves. He is a fantastic father to our son. The two of them share a bond that I've had the pleasure of watching strengthen and deepen. He is a pretty laid back guy and is easy to please. A clean house and dinner on the table each night is all that he asks for (no surprise at what his love language is). He has a DEEP devotion to University of Michigan football and a DEEP dislike of Ohio State...lol. : ) Oh and according to Zach he makes the best pancakes (from scratch) in the entire world! I would have to agree!
I fall more and more in love each day with this man God chose especially for me.

Our son Zachary-
Zachary is a wildly intelligent child with a love of learning. He makes us laugh constantly.  He loves Jesus and is growing so much each day in his faith. He's growing up so fast and the teenage years will be here in a few short months. I pray that he will stand firm in his faith, try his best and work hard in all he does, never question that he is loved, and always see  the good in others first instead of focusing in on the not so good.
